Austin and Ariel have been a few steps from each other for most of their lives, starting with Austin living next door to Ariel's elementary school, where his childhood backyard became a regular spot for her and her friends' soccer balls. This trend continued when each of their families moved to Anthem during middle school. In high school, although the school was 20 miles from their neighborhood, they both ended up attending Bishop Gorman. At school, they shared mutual friends, yet always seemed to narrowly miss each other. Finally, in January 2021, they both found themselves back in Anthem where, thanks to their close proximity, they finally connected. The rest, as they say, is history.
